He works with his crew to eliminate unnecessary costs and minimize delays in execution of projects from land acquisition, to construction, sales and beyond. Babbie has a keen attention to detail and uses that perspective to anticipate issues that could impede the acquisition deals. He works to oversee projects and solve problems before they become an issue.

After many years working in the healthcare industry in roles in case management, project management, auditing, payment integrity,resource management, project planning, account management & operations management for 15+yrs, Medu came onboard with extensive experience in dealing with the public.
Medu has utilized this experience to engage with land owners and clients alike with a focus on completing tasks in a timely & equitable manner. Medu has proven herself a master negotiator. Working on projects large & small, from land negotiation to acquisition, construction, sales & marketing. She works hard to help keep the team on track & on budget.
